Chunker

Project Description:

Chunker is a start-up company, and I was brought in on this project for my expertise in UX / UI, to be a javascript asset and to head up design. We utilized team scrum meetings and agile web development methodologies to help us quickly blaze through different phases of the design and its implementation. I utilized Photoshop and Sketch throughout all of my mockups and layouts, and we kept strictly to React.js for all of the front end implementations. We changed up what we used to style the site based on what was quickest at the time being, but eventually we ended up using a combination of JSS styling for specific individual modules along with a global CSS stylesheet for all other styles.

While I was a part of the project we built out the edit listing / properties sections, the searching and views for each of them as well as their mobile layouts. I was instrumental in a buildout of the Filestack document uploader and its integration with AWS Storage. Sadly, I was not able to see this project through to completion, but I gained good experience from it in both designing user interfaces as well as developing applications in React.js.
